Is ther an photoshop plugin equitation in Capture One visual choice?

I have tested some retouch4me plugins on my friend's computer on last year and it delivered awesome results. Now I visited the website and I see that there are many new plugins. Do you have plans to create a plugin for relighting portraits? I'm normally doing it with BorisFX Optics plugin, but if exists a plugin that automatically do it i would buy it for sure.

On my personal opinion the proper lighting can greatly impact the perception of beauty of a portrait.
