Luke, you turned me on to these type of starter trays and I can't thank you enough. I just started 15 of these trays. TIP.... instead of pressing the soil down in each which takes forever... I place another tray on top of one I just filled with soil and gently press down a bit and every cell will get compacted at the same time all in one go. Thanks so much for everything you both do! Love and light to you both!

Last night I finished constructing my raised wicking garden bed from pallets, just have to fill it today. I also transplanted the Orange Roussollini tomatoes into bigger containers. My peppers (Santa Fe Grande and California Wonder) are doing well. I'm going to start the rest of my stuff soon.

Great video Luke! There is nothing better then planting seeds, its good fun and a good investment. I completely agree about becoming more neighborly, and embracing community, great message

I'm actually starting my first garden that is all my own this year! Going to build some raised beds and so far i have started (indoors) cucamelons, boothby's blonde cucumbers, miniature white cucumbers, mixed sweet peppers, doe hill peppers, cayenne peppers, sweet chocolate peppers, borage, chamomile, iceland poppies, aunt molly's ground cherries, Cipollini onions, pink banana squash, boston marrow squash, romanesco broccoli and i have 5 of 16 varieties of tomoto started! and I have a bunch more seeds to start outdoors once it's time! I've lived in an apartment for far too long, we're finally moving to a house with a yard and I can't wait for a summer with a full garden again!

This is our first year starting from seed - we have tomatoes and squash sprouting as well as some thyme, basil and sage. Onions are planted in my new raised bed and the other half will be for my potatoes. Also started some lettuces and carrots in pots as well as some potatoes. Trying your Trifecta Plus fertilizer for the first time so have great hopes. Thanks for all your tips.

I have 72 celery seedlings growing. The Tall Utah celery seeds were a huge success last year. I grew 6 plants. This year I am growing big!
Also growing the Orange Roussollini cherry tomato seeds from your store. They are just getting their first true leaves.

I'm in the UK. I've planted some tomato seeds this year I'm trying some Rutgers, Abraham Lincoln, Amish paste & out fav Tigerella. Also trying some Walla Walla onion and my usual Sturton & Stuttguard giant.
Nice comments about community, if we all had that attitude the world we live in would be a much nicer place.

Actually got celery to sprout in Zone 4. True leaves have not came out yet, but they are getting strong daily. Also Purple Kohlrabi, lemon cucumber, regular cucumber. Lastly watermelon, also something that is hard to grow in Zone 4. Waiting for the eggplant, Zucchini, Okra to come up. I have been giving my plants to my friend from nursing school. BTW Cutest person ever.

I thought I had a large cell tray...I have started tomatoes and peppers. Planting seeds will drain you fast and yes you always have to give some plants away. I am bringing some to my moms and my buddy is taking some. I will do the planting for them and show them what I do when it comes to planting. Nice set up bud

I'm so happy to have found your channel :) This is my first year growing items and I really needed help with zones, items to grow in my zone, etc., etc.. So it really has helped me to watch most of your videos and I'm excited to grow things now! Thank you! :)

Those trays aren't too expensive! I think I could get a few of each size, then transplant them into bigger containers. Due to my late husband going through cancer treatment, I got used having only one houseplant. It's in water on my counter and I put a little bleach or dishwater in it, so I dont worry about bugs. I planned to winter sow some seeds in my greenhouse which I'm converting from my dog's kennel. Botanical Interests seeds are great!! I bought my first Italian kale and hard to find atty an squash from them! I also found that they sell kambocha squash. I love watching your videos. You are so right about the neighborly thing!
