Since UPMC is not an EMPLOYER and CLAIMS MORE....DOES NOT PAY TAXES....AND ....IT WAS UPMC's Responsibility to do the proper things and I AM SURE THEY HAVE LEGAL COUNSEL and a relationship WITH PITT LAW SCHOOL!!! Well how did they NOT DO IT RIGHT AND IF THAT BUILDING DOWN AND GET THE PROPER PERMITS ETC ETC PROPERLY FROM SCRATCH AND A DO....OVER !!!! Hope the city OFFICIAL was NOT BRIBED TO LET IT ALL JUST SLIDE
