I used mine for the first time this evening. One observation was I need to use less seasoning than I normally do. The blade holes allow seasoning to penetrate deeply into the steak.😊

Can't wait to use mine tonight. Mine came with a little brush to clean it. It does look like it might be hard to clean so hopefully the brush will be useful.

Very nice video. I like to marinate ribeyes to cook on the grill. I want to get the barbecue sauce down in inside the meat. This should do it.
