I feel like Sargeant was seeing red a bit over Vesti's earlier transgressions during the race so he wanted to give him the hard shoulder when getting by. It was something he didn't need to do to make the move stick and it cost him his opportunity to draw level in the championship standings. Hopefully he learns from this because he's showing a lot of potential but things like that need to be left behind in junior categories.
