I love baking. Bread is incomparable to any other type of food. I am eager to try new bread recipes. This recipe, I really liked. My children also enjoyed eating it with all meals. It is soft and fluffy. I highly recommend you to try this at home. Please share your thoughts in the comments section.
Ingredients;
- 100 ml Warm milk (1/2 Cup),
- 100 ml Warm water (1/2 Cup),
- 10 gr Sugar (1 Dessertspoon),
- 6 gr Dry yeast (1/2 Package),
- 450 gr Wheat flour (4.5 Cups),
- 6 gr Salt (1 Dessertspoon),
- 20 ml Vegetable oil,
- 1 Whole Egg,
- 1 Egg yolk and 1 Dessertspoon of Milk for brushing upper surface.
