Показать описание
Commando is a high-octane action film starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as Colonel John Matrix, a retired elite Special Forces operative living a quiet life with his young daughter, Jenny (Alyssa Milano), in a secluded mountain home. However, his past catches up with him when a group of mercenaries, led by the ruthless Bennett (Vernon Wells), kidnaps Jenny to coerce Matrix into carrying out a political assassination.
The mercenaries work for a deposed South American dictator, Arius (Dan Hedaya), who wants Matrix to eliminate the current leader of Val Verde, enabling Arius to regain power. Matrix is given an ultimatum: follow their orders or never see his daughter again.
Matrix reluctantly agrees but quickly turns the tables on his captors. Escaping from a plane meant to take him to Val Verde, he embarks on a race against time to rescue Jenny. Along the way, he enlists the help of Cindy (Rae Dawn Chong), a resourceful flight attendant who initially becomes involved by accident but soon proves to be a valuable ally.
Using his tactical expertise and physical prowess, Matrix takes down Arius’s henchmen one by one, engaging in explosive battles and intense hand-to-hand combat. The film culminates in a final showdown at Arius’s fortified island compound. Matrix single-handedly infiltrates the facility, dispatching dozens of enemies in a spectacular action sequence.
In the climactic confrontation, Matrix faces Bennett, his former subordinate turned enemy. The two engage in a brutal fight, with Matrix ultimately defeating Bennett and saving Jenny. Father and daughter are reunited, and Matrix decides to leave his violent past behind for good.
Cast then and now: Dan Hedaya, Drew Snyder, Bill Duke, Rae Dawn Chong, Alyssa Milano, Arnold Schwarzenegger, David Patrick Kelly, Vernon Wells, Bill Paxton, James Olson, Gary Carlos Cervantes,
