Bought mine for $50. Perfect walk about lens. Sharp and fast and no need to use a body cap ever again.

I use the 7artisans 25 and fuji 27mm f2.8. The 7 artisans takes good shots but is odd at infinity. The fuji is my favorite walk around lens. Sharp and fast auto focus. I'll give this a try for something new

i read the pergear isn’t actually 1.8 more like a 2.8, having owned the 7 artisans and absolutely loved it and it was truly 1.8 would you say the bokeh and light sensitivity are about the same or do you notice less brightness &bokeh on the pergear?

not to sound to picky.. but why couldn't they just make the lens a 23mm 1.8 manual lens.. why 25 specifically ? or even a 24mm would be good fuji, & sony shooters being equivalent to 36mm i mean i guess 37mm isn't to bad lol .. but yeah

This lensing havin few elements is actually a good thing, because youll get lots of micro contrast /pop, great for B&W! Who cares about vignetting and corner sharpness, I never look in the corners 👌
