I think one would be much better off with the 'official' Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC Edition, available in two flavors (1809, 21H2).
I've been running 1809 for years now, no gimmicks, no bloatware, official updates which can be paused for 35 days, constant security patches to Windows Security, everything you'd expect from regular Windows - minus the bloatware.
Way better and secure than these 'forks.'

Beware, missing xbox services, can't install games like Forza. Also, still using 3gb of ram out of the box...

BTW not having afterburner running would probably account for a lot of differences when it was active. It's relatively heavy for these old CPU's.
