Pile 3 - I haven’t heard from this person in a while. They were a close family friend and a romantic interest of mine as a teenager. I believe we loved each other. I know a lot about their past and they had many struggles and caused harm to others whilst drowning in their misery.

I had a vivid dream about them last night (although I hadn’t consciously thought of them in some time) and in the dream we embraced and I felt so happy to see them. They were just about to tell me about their life now when I was pulled away by another friend. I returned to where we had been speaking, excited to hear how they were doing, but they were quickly walking out the door when I got back. I woke up from this dream due to its emotional intensity, I felt sad and nostalgic and my impulse was to reach out immediately. I went back to sleep, and later I checked their Instagram. I learned they have a successful business, have recently gotten married, and now have a child.
