Amanda and Shayne playing the same character is guaranteed to result in a lot of height jokes lol

I love Shayne saying no that would be stupid then cut to "Created by Shayne Topp"

Wait the idea of “Everytime someone breaks or makes a mistake you swap actors” Is SO GENIUS

keith hitting that end note is amazing, the concept of essentially having an identical back up(but obviously a different person) replace someone who breaks in the live sitcom is so funny as everyone gets to preserve energy and also gets equal opportunity to perform and everyone’s included this is peak

i’m so excited to see tommy’s character since he wasn’t introduced and just staring at us at the end 💀

I like how the chosens aren't Even stepping in for each other but just all existing as the chosen

The jingle, alone, deserves someone a raise. Also, the perfect satirical pinch of nostalgia they hit from the tropes of the old shows is immaculate

Dude for some reason it feels so emotional to see them all together having fun 😭😭😭

It’s like Smosh, in the hands of its real owners, has set all its talent free. Courtney directs an epic Funeral Roast where Chance and Angela hit sublime heights (along with the rest of the cast). Now Shayne writes a sitcom? Hell, yeah!
The Smosh Golden Era is jewel encrusted and I’m here for it.

I'm dying at Tommy creeping in the background.

"OMG he slipped on that banana peel, RIPPED ASS and hit his head!" Is the best thing I've ever heard 😂

So for anybody still a little confused
Smosh are going to be filming a mock episode of a sitcom and each playing characters, but the twist is that you’re deciding the plot of the show *live.* It appears that the cast of the sitcom will have no idea what they are doing while they are in character until you tell them what to do! If someone in the cast at a given time breaks character learning of what you, the audience, wants them to do next, or they cannot do it without breaking character, they will switch out with the double already prepared for them. For example, if you tell Anthony to do something, but after hearing or reading it, he laughs or breaks character, or if he proceeds to try to do it but laughs or breaks character, he must switch out with Ian until you all tell something for Ian to do that makes *him* laugh or break character, and then the reverse happens, meaning this really is also kind of a game for the whole cast!

this theme song is so unbearably good, the “i’ll step”s at the very end genuinely give me chills this is so rad

2:35 Alright but the visual of Keith absolutely PIE FACING Chanse in that last bit sent me. 💀

I love how the song tells us exactly how the game will function without directly explaining it or breaking the fourth wall while still retaining the “generic sitcom intro” theme. So damn clever

"is he about to have a dream sequence?" "no that would be stupid." LMAO
