I remember one time midseason, someone asked him "Is Mike Mcdaniel ready for the Rams defense" or something like that and he said "Mike Mcdaniel is very prepared, so much so, that he is talking in the third person"

NFL teams have no imagination. This guy is a high energy, extremely verbal and witty, not to mention a brilliant coach. If I was an owner I would definitely want to interview him and probably hire him. Too many owners still hung up on the image of a HC being a stoic “tough guy.” NFL isn’t the “tough guy” league anymore. It’s about people who can create matchups and put their players in the best position to be successful. His run game just ran all over a very good Dallas defense full of “tough guys.”

He's like Kittles nerdy brother. In fact I wouldn't be surprised if they play Madden together. Mike has his own custom playbook, and George just throws the ball to the tight end with every snap.

I'm a Rams fan and this dude is hilarious, respect. That was a great NFC Championship game, both teams had some plays literally slip through their hands. If Trey Lance is who you guys think he is, you'll be back in the Super Bowl soon.
