I had to watch my 17 year old son wrestle a young woman one time. He is a very conservative young man (20 now) and didn't want to "go hard" on her. His coach said "She knows the risk. You need to give her your all." He was at 186lbs and hip tossed her. He landed on her and pinned her right away. He later told me he thought he broke "all her ribs" when he landed on her. Found out she did actually end up with a dislocated rib and a bruised liver. She missed the rest of that season. The next year they formed a girls division in Missouri and that young lady went on to finish third in our state at her weight while my son was only a senior varsity (one year varsity) wrestler that never qualified for state. Men and women are different and just because someone deludes themselves into believing something doesn't mean I have to participate in their delusion.
