I remember my punk wannabe roommate 33 years ago came home all geeked that Ricky Skaggs was the coolest guy on the planet. Ricky was the musical artist at the amphitheater of the amusement park my roommate worked at and he got guitar lessons all day between shows. No other act ever gave the workers there the time of day but here was an already famous guy who cared about his music enough to sit down with a total newb. Class act!
