Now, private security guards will patrol Fresno parks overnight

Officials say the need for stepped-up patrols at our local parks was putting too much stress on Fresno PD so the city is

dedicating tens of thousands of dollars a year to make sure parks are safe and secure overnight.

10 incidents a month in warm weather. Less in winter. Doesn't sound like its worth the money.
But FPD knows what is best for all? They are so law abiding themselves.... Right...

Instead of paying $65, 000 to keep homeless out, why not put that to better use. Like help the homeless. Fresno is such a horrible place I swear!
