Hi 👋 what’s the temp that I should use to cook the kabab in the air fryer?

She did them at 356 for 12 mins flipping them half way through, however i make these all the time and i do them at 180 for 8mins

Many ground meat dishes were messed up for me cause of not mentioning the fat percentage the meat needs to have. In the US and Canada 80/20 is standard but here 99/1 is standard cause everyone buys everything premade the don't make things like burgers from scratch. Starting to add that ingredients would be awesome. But for me personally I already know to get 80/20
