I assembled and installed my own blade drives from all new parts @ $31.00 each installed to my newly purchased 'as is',
42" cutting deck (maybe 10 years old).
Used new OEM towers and premium NACHi Quest Sealed Bearings (6203 Upper & 6204 Lower) with inner shields left in place. Drilled each for a grease zirk and installed tower assemblies with #8 hardness SS bolts with the tower drilled and tapped for install, along with self locking security hex fasteners below deck.
Anti-seize used where needed.
Editing comment: Also, filled each below deck security hex fastener recess with
"Blue" gasket maker. Keeps threads sealed and is easy to remove if necessary, for later repairs.
Having said that, your blade drives look like they could resist a mortar attack.

Very nice video. Tu#:27

This guy is a joke he is just talking out of his rear end. He will cause more problems than he solves. He doesn’t know what he is doing.
