I listen to three the shows today. Good stuff!

When I get that hypoglycemia weakness feeling I drink an orange juice if it's available but usually it's a Sunny D that I keep in my backpack since there's nothing natural about those things and they are filled with so many preservatives you've got a long expiration date on them. Either one of those will get me out of that weakness in 5 to 10 minutes. I also keep granola bars and/or an Insure in my backpack.

Hi guys thank you again for your videos. My brother doesnt cath. He just goes when he goes. He uses externals and leg bag. But when he does urinate his blood pressure rises. Face turns really red then super white. Gets goosebumps. Been this way for 31 years this June 30th. He went thru a period of extreme sweating which doctors couldnt figure out so Dr wants him to do the suprapubic procedure. He is unsure if this is something he wants to undergo.
