i think the reason you can't enter or posess anything in the void is because there's really no walls to push up against, the void is a representation of infinity and so you would keep pushing the boxes forever without ever finding a wall to enter or posess something

Please play custom level packs for this! There were some for the level creator for Baba is You that you never got around to for one reason or another, but it'd be a true shame to miss out on the ones for this. Much like with Baba is You, people have made full worlds with huge collages of levels based around concepts the main game didn't pick up on, all super unique and fun.

Some cool stuff: You can press '7' in an ascii level to see what it looks like normally. and similarly press '7' in a normal level to see its ascii version. you can also hold '9' for 10x slow-motion

Edit: (if you don’t understand, you would if you saw that episode where Tyler couldn’t solve a level because a regular empty cup was partly blocking his monitor lol)

8:54 The hardest level in the entire game for me, kind of surprised you figured it out so fast.

Also: The last few sections are my favorite in the entire game.

fun fact: the void is grey. you can see this when the wall enters the void (as the wall inherits the colour of its room). this was teased in earlier text-based puzzles where the void was represented by grey dots.

in my opinion the hardest part of the game is understanding certain consequences of the game's mechanics rather than the execution of some of the puzzles like you say in this video. for example i had to replay some levels involving flipped clones and multi-layer recursion while playing because they at first made almost no sense to me (although everything in the game does make complete sense). i think only a few puzzles really stumped me as to how to solve them
