If a landlord fails to make repairs in a reasonable period of time, and complaints have been properly filed with the city, it is the CITY's responsibility to effect repairs. I suggest they all SUE the city fot gross negligence and human rights vio9lations. The CITY doesn;t do their job. Once the lanldord fails to make the repairs they are FINED AND Then the city is supposed to hire contractors to fix building issues such as HEAT and RODENTS. Their failure to do so makes the CITY and it's agents RESPONSIBLE.
