The issue seems to be with the installers not the B&Q units. I had a decent plasterer in and then the units were all spot on.
A bad mechanic doesn’t mean a bad car.

I don't get why anyone would use a DIY store for a fitted kitchen myself? Some of the Wickes ones I've come along are poor too. Stuff like the tiles they sell are atrocious quality. I'd guess these guys are what they try and call multi trades, but not even any good at one of them.
DIY shop DIY job. You only have to look at their reviews to realise you haven't done your part in vetting them first mind.
That doesn't excuse the finish though. Terrible, but I see it tiling, all the time terrible fitting jobs by DIY shops and non carpenters or able trades.
