Hello my samsung s21 ultra screen froze initially and touchscreen was not working. When i tried to restart holding the side button and volume down the screen went black and now does not turn on at all. Any suggestion

My s21 ultra seems to power off when I lock or let the screen time out. Then it will refuse to turn back on. Sometimes I get it to turn back on and then it will work for a bit. I have factory reset, installed new os update and all software updates. But now I plug in the charger and it has corrupted my face recognition and finger print recognition and refuses to unlock. Plug power in again and it powers down. Any ideas? Thanks for your help!!
