Wouldn't mind hearing about these pathways a bit more in-depth. Also have there been any theoretical ways to "reset" the anabolic resistance beyond just time off?

So is it genetics and epigenetics that create a set point for hypertrophy? Having too much lean tissue is inefficient in terms of human evolution and doesn’t automatically equate to better cardiovascular fitness or muscle strength.

There is no natty limit, there might be diminished returns but you will never stop growing if you keep stimulating the muscle.
Have you done studies on lifters who trained 20 + years and they just lost the ability to protein synthesis ? Or can't produce mechanical tension anymore no matter what they do ? I don't think soo.
Why do you keep clickbaiting science in all your content? when literally all your videos are just the opinion of an average intermediate lifter
