Along with the senior’s relative success it’s a very good time for English football; only a matter of time for glory there too? Def deserved to win this tourny. No goals conceded is amazing. The keeper was a gem. BUT as an England fan, just like the senior team, England has to learn to end games. Finish ! When you have a team down, keep them there. FINISH. they should have had another goal to put this out of reach but England always keeps teams in it.

England always have top quality players. It’s just at the highest level they can never seem to prosper. I mean 4th at the 2018 World Cup. Runners up at Euro 2020. Very slightly brushed aside by a strong French squad in the quarters at the World Cup 2022. They have to win EURO2024. But even if they don’t. Seeing this squad win the U21 Euros so convincingly. I’m positive that the 1st team will be lifting a major trophy within the next 10 or so years
