Bungie needs to make vendors always give armor with at least the main stat of the class ability at 23+. Titan/Warlock armor should NEVER have any mobility on any armor from a vendor. At this point, we might as well be able to craft our armor too, or at least exotic armor given how much useless/gimmick-only exotics are in the game to inflate the loot.
