Sura 2 - Ayat 152

فَٱذْكُرُونِىٓ أَذْكُرْكُمْ وَٱشْكُرُواْ لِى وَلَا تَكْفُرُونِ

Fa(o)thkuroonee athkurkum wa(o)shkuroo lee wala takfuroon(i)

Therefore remember Me, I will cause you to be spoken of and acknowledge My rights, and do not be ungrateful.
Sura 7 - Ayat 205

وَٱذْكُر رَّبَّكَ فِى نَفْسِكَ تَضَرُّعًا وَخِيفَةً وَدُونَ ٱلْجَهْرِ مِنَ ٱلْقَوْلِ بِٱلْغُدُوِّ وَٱلْأَصَالِ وَلَا تَكُن مِّنَ ٱلْغَـٰفِلِينَ

Wa(o)thkur rabbaka fee nafsika tadarruAAan wakheefatan wadoona aljahri mina alqawli bi(a)lghuduwwi wa(a)lasali wala takun mina alghafileen(a)

And remember your Lord within your hearts humbly and with fear, and softly with your tongues, morning and evening, and do not be of the neglectful.

Sura 33 - Ayat 41

يَـٰٓأَيُّهَا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ ٱذْكُرُواْ ٱللَّهَ ذِكْرًا كَثِيرًا

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo othkuroo Allaha thikran katheera(n)

O People who Believe! Remember Allah profusely.
Sura 3 - Ayat 191

ٱلَّذِينَ يَذْكُرُونَ ٱللَّهَ قِيَـٰمًا وَقُعُودًا وَعَلَىٰ جُنُوبِهِمْ وَيَتَفَكَّرُونَ فِى خَلْقِ ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٲتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ رَبَّنَا مَا خَلَقْتَ هَـٰذَا بَـٰطِلاً سُبْحَـٰنَكَ فَقِنَا عَذَابَ ٱلنَّارِ

Allatheena yathkuroona Allaha qiyaman waquAAoodan waAAala junoobihim wayatafakkaroona fee khalqi a(l)ssamawati wa(a)lardi rabbana ma khalaqta hatha batilan subhanaka faqina AAathaba a(l)nnar(i)

Those who remember Allah while standing, and sitting, and reclining on their sides, and ponder about the creation of the heavens and the earth; “O our Lord! You have not created this without purpose; Purity is to You, therefore save us from the punishment of fire.”

Sura 13 - Ayat 28

ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُواْ وَتَطْمَئِنُّ قُلُوبُهُم بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ‌ۗ أَلَا بِذِكْرِ ٱللَّهِ تَطْمَئِنُّ ٱلْقُلُوبُ

Allatheena amanoo watatmainnu quloobuhum bithikri Allahi ala bithikri Allahi tatmainnu alquloob(u)

“Those who accepted faith and whose hearts gain solace from the remembrance of Allah; pay heed! Only in the remembrance of Allah is the solace of hearts!”

Sura 33 - Ayat 35

إِنَّ ٱلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَٱلْمُسْلِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَـٰتِ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتِينَ وَٱلْقَـٰنِتَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰدِقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰبِرَٲتِ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعِينَ وَٱلْخَـٰشِعَـٰتِ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقِينَ وَٱلْمُتَصَدِّقَـٰتِ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمِينَ وَٱلصَّـٰٓئِمَـٰتِ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظِينَ فُرُوجَهُمْ وَٱلْحَـٰفِظَـٰتِ وَٱلذَّٲكِرِينَ ٱللَّهَ كَثِيرًا وَٱلذَّٲكِرَٲتِ أَعَدَّ ٱللَّهُ لَهُم مَّغْفِرَةً وَأَجْرًا عَظِيمًا

Inna almuslimeena wa(a)lmuslimati wa(a)lmumineena wa(a)lmuminati wa(a)lqaniteena wa(a)lqanitati wa(al)ssadiqeena wa(al)ssadiqati wa(al)ssabireena wa(al)ssabirati wa(a)lkhashiAAeena wa(a)lkhashiAAati wa(a)lmutasaddiqeena wa(a)lmutasaddiqati wa(al)ssaimeena wa(al)ssaimati wa(a)lhafitheena furoojahum wa(a)lhafithati wa(al)ththakireena Allaha katheeran wa(al)ththakirati aAAadda Allahu lahum maghfiratan waajran AAatheema(n)

Indeed the Muslim men and Muslim women, and the believing men and the believing women, and the men who obey and the women who obey, and the truthful men and the truthful women, and the patient men and the patient women, and the humble men and the humble women, and charitable men and the charitable women, and the fasting men and the fasting women, and the men who guard their chastity and the women who guard their chastity, and the men who profusely remember Allah and the women who profusely remember Allah – for all of them, Allah has kept prepared forgiveness and an immense reward.

So let me get this straight...repeating the names of our creator and pronounce the names properly is forbidden...no wonder the Muslims ummah is in such a state where we are getting kicked left and right because we are just doing fard Salah and that’s it thinking we are doing Allah a favour.
