Very Tech Heavy but doesn’t come with adaptive cruise control as standard feature. I was very disappointed when I got my. Others brand like Hyundai and Honda even Volvo, Lexus comes with adaptive cruise control as standard feature. You pay $70k for a luxury SUV and doesn’t come with adaptive cruise control standard. So disappointing

Just picked one up last week. I love it! Tons of features, drives great, ride is smooth and very quiet. Overall very comfortable. Great review btw.

The BMW olant is no where near Myrtle Beach. It is on I-85 by Grenville-Spartanburg Airport.

Some of the things mentioned as standard are incorrect. Leather interior is not standard, nor is Active Driving Assist (there are a variety of upgrades on that option) or the 3D Surround overhead cameras for parking. I bought one of these a couple weeks ago... it's fantastic!

We all like what we like as that sort of thing is subjective; I dislike the gesture control as it is an inconvenience. If you have someone in the car with you, any gesture that you happen to make in conversation will likely be interpreted as a gesture control command that interrupts something that you have going on somewhere else. That in mind, I switched it off and I don't miss it. I also dislike start/stop whilst approaching stops, so as it is not "switchable", I shift to S1/ S2 below 20 mph via the gear shift lever (I dislike the slide switch gear change feature preferring a real gear change lever) approaching stops and I do not experience engine shutdown or excessive wear on the engine. I would also like to see the return of the dipstick for transmission and crankcase fluids, this allows you to see and feel the condition of the fluids and to confirm that the folks whom you hired to change those fluids actually did change them and correctly. My X5 is a 2022 X5 40i, over all the best car that I have ever had.

I like the review and the X5. But I don’t like the loss of buttons and their functions moving to screens or voice control. I also don’t like the Super Mario mustache on the front bumper. The mustache would look better against a dark color.

I have the 2024 X5 in Brooklyn Grey w/ M Sport package. I LOVE the X5 ... BUT the climate control system is lacking. I have no idea why BMW has such tiny vents in the center of the dash. I have to put the vent to the highest setting (5) to keep the car cool in the warmer months. Hot days are a challenge.

Are wheel well matching color standard for 2025? I agree, cheap looking if black inserts. Or is that a M package without the running boards that dirty your pants or you trip on? Thx!

First thing i did is turn off the heads up display, i dont like it at all. Best luxury suv for the price.

Just got mine and I am so disappointed. It is extremely loud inside, like I am driving in an old Honda Civic. Varies with different roads. Extremely loud on highway, bothered my ears. Slight vibration in steering wheel as well with increased speed.
