The S24+ comes with the Exynos SOC in EUROPE while S24 Ultra comes with Snapdragon 8 v3 worldwide. You don't have this problem in USA but in Europe I have, we Europeans have

I probably would buy the smallest one, the S24. But, since I had already bought S23 last year, I'm thinking of holding on to it until S26 series.

I got into photography as my hobby in 1975 while on active duty and still have my camera and lenses. I have an S22 and I don't use all of its camera features. As an over-the-road driver 1991-2018 I took pictures whenever the opportunity arose. One of my favorite days was when I had the chance to visit Meteor Crater when my then girlfriend, now wife, was riding with me. Going from an s22 ultra to the s24+. I’m a digital artist and I thought I’d enjoy the sPen but it’s so uncomfortable to draw for long periods of time because of how small it is so I rarely used it at all. And the 100x zoom was nice but I only ever used it to zoom in on restaurant overhead menus 😂

I accidentally ordered the S24+ and it arrived today. My heart sank. Even if your video didn't impact anyone else in the world, I am grateful at how much better you have made me feel. My brain might beat me up every time I get to a low battery that I'd have 100 more mah and maybe I miss a zoom shot that realistically nobody will see until someone tries to sort through the millions of photos I've taken before my funeral, but I think I will keep the S24+ and let my spirit be at peace.

And for all those reasons you've mentioned as unimportant (except for the stylus which I use but not every hour of every day), I decided to switch back from iPhone to S24 Ultra. Especially the cameras - love, love, love them and they smash anything I had on my iPhones - 12 pro max, 13 pro and 14 pro as well as my previous Samsungs with + (up till 20+). Moon shot from hand - lovely, the battery - 2 days no problem, shape - who cares - I'm a woman with small hands so I still hold it differently... Cameras are the must for me which neither 24 nor 24+ have.

What I like about the S24+ is its perfect size and weight AND it now has a QHD+ screen resolution option just like in Ultra compared to S23+. I have S23U for almost a year now and I really don't care about the S Pen. I find my phone too big and heavy now. I might switch back to Flip or get the S24+.

I have the 22 ultra and I'm switching to the 24+ mainly because of size and the fact that I have never used my s-pen. It's a bonus that I'll be saving some money. Very very glad that the s24+ will have QHD+ with adaptive display as well

I traded in my S21 Ultra for the Mable White 24+ with storage upgrade to 512 gb and a new pair of Samsung ear buds all for 450 bucks. Just can't beat it. All together I saved 800 dollars. BTW, I'm really loving the phone. The hardware is stunning. They've really upped their game with the software as well. The AI kicks butt in my personal opinion, and 7 years of support doesn't suck either. It's just a great upgrade.

I actually agree! Ive had the S22U, and the S23U and hardly ever used the SPen. I enjoyed the zoom at concerts and shows more. The Ultras are nice but kinda huge. The Plus variant this year is definitely the wise choice for me. I got a Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus coming to me tom6and I can't wait 😅

This is honestly a pretty lazy comparison and very user specific all things considered. No, the S24 Plus does not beat the S24 Ultra, it's merely a matter of personal preference. And frankly, the presenter in this video is not the target consumer for the S24 Ultra anyways, which is exactly why the S24 Plus exists.

Got myself a S23+ last year instead of the Ultra, and I have literally no complaints! It's such a great phone overall, and so underrated - same goes to the S24+. Nice of you guys to share about this.
