What an insanely respectable run regardless. These two really came out of left-field with these 6 records, seriously an amazing and unprecedented comeback, especially for hip-hop.

Definitely the most cohesive of the "Magic" projects. 1+2 seemed more like (very strong) leftovers of whatever sessions. Magic 3 feels like a fully realized project. This time I can't agree with the score, 7 is the lowest I would go for here. For me it's an 8 honestly. I get it though, for some it might seem a bit too much already giving the small intervals in which all of these projects were released. I also felt like that at first but after a 2nd or 3rd run it really began to sink in.
Whatever man, incredible run. Looks like Nas, Ransom and Black Thought will fight for AOTY once again for ME.

I loved Magic 3, I think it's up there with the King's Disease albums, and I might rank it as my third favorite album from this 6 album run. Personally, I give it a solid 8.

Great review, Anthony. Definitely agree with giving it an automatic 10 after Nas got introspective and rapped “I’ve got the magic in me Everytime I touch that track It turns into gold”

It's a shame Fantano didn't take the Magic series seriously. Magic 1 and Magic 3 you can easily put up against KD2 or KD3 for me.

The two weakest I felt were KD1 and Magic 2, but calling them weak I would give them 7+/10 still though. It's just the others were 8-10/10 simply incredible.
