Hey! I got your book off of amazon and have been working through this with my kids. The build was really fun, and I've programmed the car as indicated in your book. However, the transforming motor stalls out when doing the transformation. It doesn't seem to have enough torque to actually bend the way the video is showing. Obviously it can work since it has been shown here. If I lift the car off the ground, it bends all the way. If I have it just sitting on the ground, then the motor stalls when it tries to transform. Any ideas?

This lego transformer is more expensive than lego optimus prime, because the mindstorms ev4 set costs more
