Q: Why is the bite 30 Effective DPR and not regular DPR?
A: Just like the regular vampire, we need to take into account the maximum HP damage as well. Since the necrotic damage is doing triple work, we need to factor that into its immediate damage, regeneration, and HP max reduction, as well as the piercing damage it initially does.
