Emergency services called to encampment cave

Edmonton fire and police responded to a cave in an encampment near the river valley Wednesday.

There was one of these in Vancouver last year. They had dug out a whole room underground and the reinforced it with pallets and scrap wood.

I was metal detecting and I detected 4 drug addicts.

There’s more encampment in different park in Edmonton. They have to check this problem homeless living in the remote parks!

Can't imagine the criminal charges they'd catch for digging a hole without a "homeless encampment cave" permit.
