I'm sorry to say but Romain Grosjean is wasting his time in this series. Not only he spun on his own but then he rejoined the track without waiting for the traffic to go by first

Dixon: don't letting space for Fittipaldi, obligatin him flying over the zebra and losing control

The penalty should have been applied for who pushed Dixon out of track in the previous turn. All the following events were consequences of that.
