Love ribs and love bacon grease. Try find you a hogs head and smoke it they delicious. Mac n cheese is good smoked too

We liked the video on smoking. I have the same smoker and love it. I love smoking ribs 3, 2, 1 method. 3hrs in smoke 2hrs wrapped with apple juice. 1 back in smoke with sauce. I love smoking brisket also.

Well when you flip those ribs over and you said there's a membrane on the back and it needs to come off it almost made me cry nobody knows this it helps make those ribs so much more tender it looks amazing good job brother great video and keep cooking on cooking on

I recently did some ribs on my smoker. I used some hickory chips soaked in Jack Daniel's. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Brings flavor to a whole new level. Try it and I dare you not to love it

Cool video, I usually use honey as a binder on my ribs and I use the 3-2-1 method (3 hours unwrapped, 2 hours wrapped, and last hour I unwrapped and sauce them to get that carmelization) I do adjust that for smaller racks though. Those pellet smokers can’t be beat! I have a rec teq
