This is relevant again with the recent change to Blood thirster in 14.10/14.11 however with the removal of over heal it is actually not that bad so overall it is still not as good as it was before. I know cause I abused it in Ranked back when this was relevant lmao

As an OTP Fortune, it works in few situations. I prefer to oneshot with Eclipse-Mortal Reminder-Collector-Infinity Edge-Black Cleaver-(Sell boots) Muramana or Phantom Dancer. Now with the new items I'm in a situation (Spamming Kog).

Now its almost imposible cause both, overhealing and bloodthirster were changed, overheal is nerfed and bloodthirster pasive shields was removed
