Thanks. I know controlling breathing helps with everything pushups to swimming, but I’ve never thought about how it might effect lasting longer.

Been following along with these workouts now for well over a week I’m not entirely sure how long I’ve been at it But I’ve definitely noticed changes. Signed up for the free seven day thing you just sent a video every day and I just kind of want more of that without paying lol i’ll just stick with the free week routine that I got for free, but if there is any suggestions, I would appreciate it.

Side note never thought I’d be addicted to yoga but well when you’re in your 20s and your health is shit you kind of start to fucking care a lot lol

When doing squat hold/chair pose, can I hold my arms closer to me chest?
I find that doing this helps me maintain posture and prevents my back from hurting

I noticed when I try to breath from
The nose I have some feeling of blockage. I am just not sure how normal that is or if anything to make things more clear?
