Phoenix Rescue Mission building new shelter to help with homelessness

The coronavirus pandemic has made homelessness even worse so the Phoenix Rescue Mission is trying to help by building a new shelter to get more people off the streets.

That many beds only helps those that want to be helped some sadly just live on the streets because they not like rules or maybe have medical issues
