I'm so happy that Francis Kirkdjian makes fragrances for designer houses. He has a prolific catalogue of fragrances to his credit. While many in. his own Niche House are quite pricey, he has made many for different designer houses that are absolutely GORGEOUS. Today, I will break down 5 of the fragrances in the L'Extase line and give you my thoughts as to which ones I think you should purchase and which ones to pass on!

Hi i got the rose extase and it is divine if you live in hot weather it's going to last on you for a good 5 hours it's airy creamy rose done in a beautiful way also the extase edp and absolute rose are amazing

Had no idea there were so many flankers to the l’exstace perfume. In fact I didn’t even know about the pillar fragrance. This was informative and the bottles are so beautiful. The gold hardware looks so pretty with your skin tone, hair and makeup. Yellow gold looks amazing on you.

Thank you for this video, I was confused with the two darker ones but i ended up purchasing the absolu and the chant one. I've only worn chant a few times and haven't worn the absolu, I feel like it's a fall/ winter fragrance. I'm glad with my choices after seeing this.

I have Narcisso Rodriguez For Her, both EDP & EDT.(Love them both) Elie Saab Le Parfum (Love), Burberry Her Intense & Brit Rhythm Floral (Both Like a lot). EA Green Tea (so affordable!) I do also have Oud Satin Mood which L'Extase Rose Absolue IS practically spot on for. I have BR540, but I do not love it. Sometimes I feel like I'm the oddball because I've never really cared for BR540 or any of it's "smell alikes". I don't hate it, it's just not my thing.

Hi Marie, I have the original, the chant and the rose extase. I would love to get the absolute(black) also. They are so reasonable on Fragrancenet, that it's hard to go wrong.
I just live layering the original with Kayali's Pink Pepper Diamond fragrance. What a fantastic combo! I agree with your assessment on everything in this video! Go Girl!!!

This is a great video! I have all but Caresse de Roses. After hearing your take on it, I don't feel that I need it to complete the collection (Hubby will thank you!). I agree with your analysis on each of the other four fragrances. L'extase Rose Absolue is stunning. It is probably my favorite of the lot. I had not thought about Rose Extase for day, then LRA for evening - Brilliant. The shorter wear time for RE would allow for that beautifully, as well. L'Extase is quite nice, I enjoy it, but could live without it. Chant D'Extase, in my opinion, could stand alone as a pillar. Lovely fragrance that, like you said, is perfect for warm (even HOT) weather. You look fantastic, btw! Love the new background! 🤩

From this line I own Caresses de Roses which I love for it’s softness and clean musky rose scent. Longevity isn’t great, but don’t mind it at all. I also have Rose Extase which is indeed a sweet jammy rose which becomes more smooth and powdery in the drydown. It also shares simularities with Kenzo World edt, that I own as well and which is also created by FK. Other affordable FK creations i own are Elisabeth Arden Green Tea, Lanvin Rumeur (it’s meh, smells like toiletfreshner to me haha) and Narciso Roderiquez for her edt.
I would like to test L’Extase Rose Absolu, but can’t seem to find it in stores where I live here in the Netherlands.

It’s funny, I own the exact three you suggested. The other two, I don’t have.

I’ve never smelled Oud Satin Mood, but Rose Exstase gives me Oud Bouquet or Intense Cafe vibes.

I sorta soured on Nina Ricci frags after wearing a few for too long. Loved/hated.

Our likes really change as we age. How did I ever wear that is a question I often ask myself.

I have been ordering a lot of mostly designer samples, AND generally not liking many. That's the idea. Better to try than buy a FB mistake.
