Welt is skill point neutral, but when you try to run him as a support with certain DPS's. thats when you start running into problems...

Dunno what you're smoking Kettle but almost all of the guide makers that I follow would mention skill point management in the team building section of their guides

40 secs to basically say "a team full of DPS characters is suboptimal"
WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT

This is why i love Luocha - skill point generator 3000 who doesn’t need to skill ever unless to emergency cleanse someone

“There’s no guide to this” while literally every guide talks about skill point economy when building teams for a character

As a Black swan player, I'll say that BS is generally SP positive. You do not need to cast E every rotation, especially if you're fighting the same enemy.

Seeing silver wolf as a positive skill point spectrum is wild for me, mine uses a lot of skill points, specially against things like yanqing blades xD

Ok but to be honest I just kinda mix and matched, I didn’t even know this existed.

This isn't a new or unknown thing. Skill point management has been an important aspect since day 1.
It's why we typically build supports with as much speed as possible to funnel in extra skill points for the particularly hungry carries.

Kettle people DO talk about it, its called Team Synergy. Like Topaz, Tingyun, Huohuo and Black Swan

This is a very important thing that I thought about from the start of building characters.

When comparing characters I always think about it. If Dan Heng and Jingliu do the same amount of damage, Jingliu can be considered better because she uses way less skill points, meanwhile Dan Heng uses up to 3 per turn.

Fact is: Huohuo is only really skill point positive at E1. At E0, she can have two of her stacks, which lets her get one turn to normal attack and then she already needs to use a skill point again on her second turn, making her skill point neutral. By getting E1, she can now have three stacks, which give her an additional turn to normal attack before needing to use another skill point, making her skill point positive by one skill point. Hope this helps anyone who was confused❤

Me at 0 Skill Points: Nah I'd Win. Throughout Galaxies and the Astral Express, I alone am the basic attacks

(Used 5 basic attacks in a row)
