Orange 40th Anniversary Custom Shop 'Cecelia'

An extremely rare Orange Limited Edition 40th Anniversary Custom Shop Amp. It's spent the last 6 years in a collectors vault, never played! Only 40 of these amplifiers were made in 2008 with each one having a unique circuit and its own name as the serial number, leading these much sought after amplifier heads referred to as the 'Girls Name' Amps. This particular one is 'Cecelia'

I came into your shop to buy some gear. the assistant asked what gear I normally use..I said a telecaster and orange or50. So he went off and brought back a custom shop telecaster and plugged me into this amp... sounded killer... that's how you look after customers. It was awesome. But a little out of my price range. £8000 worth of guitar, amp and cab. Thanks guys. 😊

I can get behind a video of just Jack doling out some tasty, melodic, classic, crunchy riffs. No way in hell I could afford that amp or guitar, but they sound outstanding!

Sounds amazing. No master volume right? To get gain you have to play it at full gigging volume? I know the OR50 is almost exactly the same but has a master so you can balance preamp gain and overall volume.

What year is that Les Paul? It looks pretty old judging by the finish checking you can see when the light shines just right. Sounds amazing!

Orange is nuts that they don’t have something like this in a regular production model. You just don’t that richness and clarity out of Rockerverb’s, etc. it’s because regular Oranges can’t do this I have no interest. I have a Brent Hinds Terror which is the closest but it’s unique in it’s based on a JMP and not a typical modern Orange circuit.
