I know its not the cheapest but the right tool for the right job saves so much time and headache in the long run.

I have one and it works great! There's another version that works great on "clump" bushy stumps called "Brush Grubber BG-19 Heavy Duty Clump Grubber." It's basically a 3 chained lasso with teeth on the chains to bite. I couple those with the Apex 12, 500 pound winch from Harbor Freight and plot clearing like you are doing becomes fun!

That same company makes a pulling chain called a Shrub/Clump Grubber that has little cleats welded to each link and a ring that acts like a choker chain. You only have to wrap it around once or twice and it grabs hold and allows pulling out shrubs and such. It has a ring on the opposite end to allow you to attach a standard pulling chain to put more distance between you and the item being pulled. I have one and it works amazing. It would be a good compliment to your grabber jaw.

Even at the cost of $100, it’s cheaper than having a tree company come and grind the stump which doesn’t remove enough of the roots to really replant in the same area.

But this one I had to..
I have the biggest version of this and I love it.. I has not failed me yet.. sometimes I wish I had the one like you got as well on smaller stuff.. I didn’t see the model on your tractor but you are going to love it. The cab is great..
I have the B2650 with a cab and loader with a front mount snowblower.. it is Great.. Heat in the winter and Air Conditioning in the summer 😉😁.

Waow, that is a fantastically handy dandy tool.
What an amazing sized yard. You could build a beautiful big Pond with a nice Patio area by the Pond.
Just imagine sitting by the Water and across the Water you see a 5 foot drop Waterfalls. Nice Palm Trees and Banaplants as the backdrop. That would be an amazing space to relax in.

Great tractor choice! Another tractor accessory to compliment the brush grubber would be the Timber Tuff swivel skidding tongs. I get allot of use out of them with my Kubota.
