This looks yummy, thanks! I was searching for a recipe I had many years ago at a Chinese restaurant at university (UK) that was called fried seaweed appetizer (yes it was a Chinese restaurant 🤷🏼) but I found out later it was really fried shredded purple cabbage. I still can't figure out what recipe it was (maybe you have an idea?) Anyway, I'm pleasantly surprised to find your recipe. Usually I just make cabbage rounds on chicken thighs (from Max Malkiel's YouTube channel) but yours looks yummy too..
