She can’t BELIEVE the city hasn’t POSTED A NOTICE on the door yet

I knocked on this door to see if I could help clean up this lawn for the homeowner but got no answer. Luckily, the neighbor was mowing her lawn across the street so I flagged her down to ask her what was going on. She told me that nobody has lived here since she moved in 4 years ago. She saw the owner about a year ago but the lawn is always out of control. So, I thought I would get it edged up, mowed down and cleaned up to look better for the neighborhood.

Hey Spencer! I'm a long time viewer and fan, I watch every single vid you post. I work for an internet service provider and noticed the tan cabinet near the road on this house you cleaned. It is called a PFP (primary flexibility point) for my company and just wanted to let you know that the technicians that work in that area thank you for clearing it all up nice. We work hard every day for our customers and deal with overgrown easements and facilities all the time. So this is just a heartfelt thank you for taking the extra time to do such kind things, it affects more people than you know.

It's almost as though you look for corner houses, as they make a bigger impact, not only in the final before/after pics, but also for the neighborhood. Corner homes are the most prominent, and when one gets as overgrown as this, it really impacts the look of the whole neighborhood.

I saw some negative comments against you and some other youtubers who do these good deeds on another channel recently. You were being accused of being sloppy, leaving garden clippings everywhere. You don't cut the grass properly, and isn't that passionate of doing a good job, compared to when you 1st started your channel. Plus, since your subs have grown to what they are now, you are more interested in the fame and money.

I was shocked when I read these comments, as I felt this wasn't true. From the few videos I've watched of you, (I discovered you a few months ago) you put in a lot of time and hard work. And, at the end of the day, regardless of if the grass clippings hadn't been gathered in a pile for collection, or the grass wasn't cut properly, each garden looks 1000 times better than what they were before you came along.

Anyway, you keep doing this amazing work, and stay blessed.
