Well as a former Drill Sergeant in the US Army, a lot of the pushup you guys did would not have counted. Not going all the way down, or not coming all the way up, not keeping the head up. But like you said, this was your first time, so I'll go easy on you.

The first guy is the only one that did the pushups correctly.. Second guy stopped going down far enough, 3rd guy didn't go all the way up until he got tired at the end

Y'all should next try the new Army Combat Fitness test with the deadlift, med ball throw, push up, shuttle run, knee tucks, and 2 mile run.

I’m a current Soldier of 23 years. y’all make me feel good that my last PT test in 2019 as a 40 yr old was 262. Rock Steady!!! I wanna see y’all knock out the ACFT- I believe that’s y’all’s expertise

Im combat vet and enjoyed your video. Great job fellas. Im an avid weight lifter now and people dont understand how hard it is to run with all that muscle.

Half of the first 20 wouldn’t have counted his body was doing the worm. Has to move in one motion up n down.

The Army Fitness test gives you 2 full minutes for the Push-up event and 2 minutes for the Sit-up event as well.

1. Push ups wasn't single unit
2. Beards, hair longer than 1 inch
3. Listening to music
4. Not early in the morning
5. No safety belt
This is no army pt

my personal best was
80 pushups
105 situps
and 11 minutes 58 seconds for 2 mile run
that was back in 2003.
tried one after watching video, got
68 pushups
90 situps
14 minutes 14 seconds on 2 mile
quite happy with results
