“You’re perfect in my eyes Elizabeth?”

*always have been.*

Baby is honestly a pretty deep character - she's torn between Elizabeth's innocent young soul and her own killer programning...
...but what matters is they're both dangerously desperate for William's approval. It's almost like a split personality, cool to watch in the games and books

"Well, are you proud of me? Are you proud of me? *ARE YOU PROUD OF ME?!* Now look at me! I'm as perfect as i can be, in your eyes now" As someone who's been fighting to make my parents feel proud of me at least for once, this hits pretty hard

"These days, I don't feel like myself anymore. I've grown distant with who I used to be."
These lyrics hit the hardest.

I love how this song captures William and Elizabeth's relationship in the FNaF novels and the games both at once!

That line hits me hard: "now look at me I'm as perfect as can be. In you eyes now." That line says so much. She thought her father was obsessed with his work. And with her death and possessing Baby she thinks that she'd perfect in her fathers eyes. But the reality is that he now some what hates the thing that killed his daughter. And thats sad. She thought that maybe if she became an animitronic that she'd be perfect to him but instead she got the opposite affect

It’s so depressing that Elizabeth tried to impress his father.Instead ending up following his steps.Especially when she said “All I ever wanted was to make you proud” it hit different

I just got done listening to the Charlie Emily song called "Dear Father" and there is such a BIG difference between Elizabeth and Charlie's views on their fathers. They both love them but Elizabeth is literally and figuratively DYING to get her father's attention and Charlie already had it the only difference being he killed himself. Why must these songs break my heart? 💔

Oh my gosh, as someone who has read the forth closet I can say that this song is PERFECT for Elizabeth, the neglect and abuse that she received from her father all seems to show up in this song to tell her story, this song us so beautiful and sad!! Wonderful job NightCove!

honestly, i remember when everyone called her “abigail”, or referred to her as “the little girl from sister location”.

TFC: "When you are a little girl, your father is your world..."
"I feel...dissapointment. Desperation."
"No. Not Henry. He was more brilliant than Henry. I watched my father work from a distance, a great, great distance."
"It opens you up to abuse, to neglect, to unimagineable pain."
"I wanted so desperately to be the one on that stage, but it was always her. All of his love went into her."

this song makes me realize how desperate for attention she was and its so sad whenever the chorus gets low and robotic... she just wanted to make her father proud of her...

To all people coming from Gacha fnaf I would like to inform you just incase you didn't know but the actual lore of fnaf is different from the so called AUs. In the cannon, William is a psychopath who abused all of his kids and only cared about immortality which he achieved by killing the 5 kids, as you know already Cassidy wa sone of them and she became a vengeful spirit looking for revenge on William. If you want to know more about the cannon lore I highly suggest you read the books. Though it is pretty dark because the original fnaf is a horror game/story.

Man.. I used to listen to this song all the time, I just just found this account again and I'm impressed still. Beautiful tone and displays all that you'd think between the relationship of William and Elizabeth. Good ol' nostalgia 😌

I think this was a really wonderful depiction of Elizabeth's character. A lot of people tend to think that Elizabeth was always as corrupt and awful as she's shown through Baby, but I've always disagreed with that, and I think this is a wonderful way of showing the person Elizabeth herself is.
This song is so catchy too, and really nice to listen to. I've been looping it nonstop since I found it. Congrats bro, this is amazing overall.

I don’t really like how people are like “omg Lizzy (not typing out the full name k) is such a bad and disobedient child” just because she acted like her age and didn’t listen to her parents. They act like they were perfect and always listened to their parents. And her father made her a whole freaking animatronic. Who wouldn’t sneak off to see it if it was made for you?! I feel she’s misjudged by people not wanting to admit that their as flawed as her. And btw this is a perfect song. Literally.
