VMware Velero v1.1 demo - backup and restore of Cassandra

Velero version 1.1 introduces support for applications that consume persistent volumes through the new VMware CSI (Container Storage Interface) driver. This demo shows a backup and restore of Cassandra after the namespace where Cassandra was deployed is deleted, along with the persistent volumes containing the data.
