I'll be the recipe guy this time since he's on holiday!

1) Add 215g salted butter softened in a bowl.
2) Mix 115g granulated sugar
3) And 325g of plain flour
4) Mix it well until it becomes a dough
5) Place it on a flour surface and roll it out to ½ inch thick
6) Cut out into circles using a cookie cutter
7) Place it onto a cookie sheet
8) Bake at 170C/150C (fan) for 10 mins
9) 100g tinned caramel
10) Spread it on the cookie
11) Top with 100g milk chocolate (melted)
12) Add 1 tbsp per cookie
13) Cool in the refrigerator for 30 mins
14) Enjoy!
