The smallest, lightest bassoon stand you’ve ever seen. Keep your bassoon vertical while you take a break - fits in a pocket, easy on the wallet. Designed by bassoonist, Martha Frampton, of New Jersey, it serves the same purpose as a bassoon stand but is much more portable and much less expensive. The straps can be used with most any type of chair. The top strap is easily adjustable and holds the bassoon securely to the side of the chair. The boot cup, which is held by the chair leg, fits snuggly over the boot of the bassoon keeping the bassoon from slipping. It can be stored in a very small space and weighs only 3 ounces. It is a great way to keep your bassoon vertical during a break at a rehearsal without having to carry a heavy, bulky stand with you.
