For 3rd tip to work, it's necessary to remove SIM from the new device before trying to link it to your old one.
If you tried once and don't see link a device option, you can go to app settings and clear app data on the new device and then try again without the SIM inserted.

Bro please give correct Information about 3rd trick. To see the "link A device " option the first step is to change the DPI in Developer options to 500 . this way WhatsApp will think its Tablet/desktop and allow you to login.

Link a device is very useful feature but if the OG WhatsApp is offline for 2 weeks then it automatically disconnects which is very annoying for me 😅
