Tried the Demo for this game. It was fun, a higher difficulty metroidvania game. Animation looks really nice.

Gujian 3 had an English translation, and while it had a few faults like always-online DRM, it was one of the most fun action RPGs I've played in a while. Mature storyline with romance and good characters, but the combat is a bit shallow and the levels are linear. Think a Chinese Tales Of game with better graphics and goofy Chinese humor. I'd recommend it to anyone curious about how Chinese culture influences video games. Because of that, I've wishlisted this one for a while, so thanks for the preview! I'll be picking Gujian 4 up if it has a translation when it launches.

This might be the best metroidvania out there, even better than HK and Aeterna Noctis, its massive, beautiful and fairly challenging, I'm 25 hrs in and there's loads of stuff left to do.

Was interested until they said that if you die you "drop souls" you have to go pick up. Gawd I'm so tired of every indie dev thinking everyone likes Souls game mechanics. 🙄

It's hand drawn but the monster animations are rigged. which is kind of an eyesore.

FIST is the only metroidvania that has got my dollar. Solid skill trees, 3 distinct weapons, good amount of charge attacks, abilities & combos & good graphics. Pixel art games don't catch my interest & I find gameplay depth is usually reflected in the effort they put into graphics. If they know they have a crap game with no mechanics that is just going to dissapoint people they aren't going to spend the $ on graphics. When you mention dash is an ability & NO mention of any real abilities, sounds like garbage. Either the game is garbage or this guy isn't do his job which is to tell us how the HUD works, how many attack or buff abilities you can get. How extensive are the skill trees. This is basically a sh*t review.

Basicly genshin impact 2D whole copy paster rip off same wanabe plottwist that flying crp is wanabe paimon.. elemenmtal ability well rip off, claymore wepons?? well ya not make it obwious right?? same THEME like genshin.. that world is full 2D genshin ripoff.. menu werry much with same tweaking, even that jump and wing glide is Genshin rip off.. dash is same ripp of.. even ssoun d of crosingf weapons is just a copy paste in game maker.. i thing HOYO shut see this crp
